Call for expressions of interest for a Post-Doc position (SSD ING-INF/06) at the Department of Neuroscience Imaging and Clinical Sciences of the University of Chieti-Pescara
The Department of Neuroscience, Imaging and Clinical Sciences of the University of Chieti-Pescara is looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher for activities related to the PRIN-PNRR project “Multimodal MRI investigation of novel neuroimaging biomarkers of SUDEP risk”.
Research topics will include one or more of the following areas, applied to epileptic patients or other datasets:

– development of pipelines for the preprocessing of fMRI data acquired with advanced techniques (e.g. multi-echo, fast fMRI such as MREG);
– analysis of simultaneous EEG/fMRI data;
– resting state fMRI connectivity analysis;
– analysis of fMRI data acquired during an autonomic challenge task;

– analysis of structural MRI data.

The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of the main software tools for fMRI data analysis (e.g.: AFNI, FSL), MatLab and/or Python.

The net salary will be around 2000 € / month.
