Candidates with PhD or MSc – Machine learning & data science applied to multimodal biomedical data analysis – Padova, Italy

We are looking for a talented researcher with experience in machine learning or data science for a research position at the Department of Neuroscience of the University of Padova (Italy).
The position (assegno di ricerca) will aim at the development of algorithms for the analysis of multimodal data (such as data frames, bio-images and bio-signals) included into the database of the Department, for instance targeting the exploration of relationships between them, the prediction of clinical outcome and therapeutic response.
The applicant is required to have a PhD or a Master Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in related domains, such as computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, data science or physics of data with suitable scientific-professional experience.
As well, the applicant is expected to have proficiency in data science, applied machine learning and programming using Python.
